finding elegant simple solutions is my forte.

bringing consistency and clarity is my

p🔥ssion.

More than 10 years of experience allow me to solve design challenges of any complexity. I use a data-driven, user-centered approach to identify problems, find solutions, and measure success.

Work Experience

Throughout my involvement, I helped propel the fitness startup to become one of the top 10 in Cyprus.

As the end-to-end design owner for iOS, Android,

and Web platforms, I provided user-centric and business-minded design solutions to drive success.

By implementing a new onboarding process, I achieved a remarkable 30% increase in trial leads.

Additionally, I actively contributed by offering valuable ideas and growth points to support the founders in their entrepreneurial journey.

I actively participated in the development of two mobile applications—one for users and another for mentors. Through conducting user interviews and analyzing business requirements, I successfully implemented a range of design solutions that catered to the distinct needs of each user group.

This approach not only ensured efficient development but also aligned the applications with the project's objectives.

I paid special attention to utilizing native components specific to each platform. For iOS, I followed the principles of Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), ensuring a seamless and familiar experience. Similarly, for Android, I adhered to the Material Design guidelines, specifically incorporating the latest Material 3 components.

I designed and developed a captivating macro animation for the onboarding process utilizing the Aninix plugin in Figma. To ensure seamless integration, I provided the animation to the development team in the .json format (.lottie), enabling smooth implementation across multiple platforms.

To ensure a thorough understanding of all user flows, we maintained an up-to-date user story map in Miro. This allowed us to stay in tune with the context of our users' journeys. Our decision-making process was primarily driven by analytics data, with our own Dashboard summary serving as a valuable resource. By relying on this data, we were able to make informed decisions that effectively addressed user needs and optimized the overall user experience.

I had the privilege of remotely working on an employee engagement SaaS platform based in NYC.

My responsibilities included conceptualizing

and prototyping design ideas for the web application. As part of the project, I led the implementation of

a new UI kit and design system, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience.

Allow me to present our typical design challenge process. It begins with identifying the existing gap or problem area that needs to be addressed.

1. Problem Definition

2. Research

In this case, we often received a high volume of inquiries from both customers and employees regarding login issues they encounter

on the platform's login page.

During our research process, we interviewed users who encountered this problem, analyzed the best practices employed

by other companies, and collaborated closely with the analytics department to collect relevant metrics.

By conducting a thorough analysis, we employed various methods such as examining the page heatmap, reviewing screen recordings, and defining key metrics:

Average Time Spent On a Login page = 00:02:39
Bounce Rate = 23.27%

3. User Story Mapping

4. Design Layouts

We successfully identified key points for growth, including addressing issues such as: enhancing the visibility of the "Create Account" button at the bottom of the screen to ensure new users easily notice it, implementing convenient login options, such as fast login with Google and Microsoft,

and a few more.

By addressing these points, we aim to enhance the user experience and streamline the login

process for increased user satisfaction.

To address the identified growth areas, we followed a rigorous design process. We began with low-fidelity layouts, iterating quickly based on feedback. Collaborative discussions with the team led to necessary edits.

Next, we created high-fidelity layouts and a clickable prototype, ensuring visual consistency and interactivity. The designs underwent a design check, including review by another designer. We presented the finalized designs to stakeholders and developers.

5. Usability Testing

6. Transfer to development

7. Measuring Success

We conducted a series of user interviews. We showcased a clickable prototype to participants, allowing them to interact with the design and provide valuable feedback. Based on their input, we made necessary changes to the layouts, ensuring alignment with user preferences and needs.

To ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes, I meticulously addressed display padding and interface behavior, adhering to responsive design principles. After releasing it in production for a subset of users, we collected relevant data and I conducted a thorough design review for compliance with layouts.

Based on the research results, the majority of our hypotheses were confirmed, and we witnessed a significant increase in the desired metrics.

As a Lead Product Designer, I created, led, and grew the best design team in the popular streaming service. I took part in the corporate merger of megafon.tv with start.film. We achieved unifying navigation across iOS, Android, Web, and TV platforms.

Moreover, I significantly improved user satisfaction, increasing the AppStore rating from 3.2 to 4.6 and elevating the Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 15 to 43.

I facilitated the migration of a significant collection of layouts from various sources to a centralized team file in Figma. This streamlined access fostered collaboration and promoted design consistency across the entire project.

My team successfully developed a set of standardized components, enabling designers to work more efficiently and ensuring consistent design across all platforms.

After three years of dedicated teamwork, extensive experimentation, and rigorous testing, we successfully achieved a unified navigation experience across all platforms.

This harmonized approach created a consistent look and feel and resulted in a notable increase in the number of multi-platform users.

In collaboration with an illustrator, we developed illustrations for onboarding. By adjusting vector elements, I created animations with a parallax effect.

I drew these illustrations for thematic subscription covers

We made dark theme support with Design Tokens and the "Theme Switcher" plugin in Figm

I orchestrated and facilitated usability research, meticulously analyzed metrics, and crafted a comprehensive customer journey map. Building upon this foundation, I proceeded to establish clear goals and delineated the project into manageable stages.

By delegating initial tasks to my talented design team, we embarked on a journey to address the unique requirements of each platform, diligently creating layouts and interactive prototypes.

Following thorough usability testing and iterative refinements, we seamlessly transitioned into close collaboration with the development team. This included conducting A/B tests, actively gathering user feedback, and swiftly adapting to changes in metrics, ensuring a responsive and user-centric design approach throughout the entire process.

The merit and pride of the whole team is the increasing

the rating in Google Play and App Store by 44%.

In my role as a Senior Product Designer, I designed pixel-perfect layouts and prototypes, ensuring a visually appealing and intuitive user experience.

I also created mobile promotional games from scratch and implemented a new checkout process, resulting in a significant 13% increase in Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU).

2017 – 2019

I was lucky to have the experience of game development. A small game for the marketing department in collaboration with Disney.

It's a small project for my colleague's startup. I designed it in a short time. After user research and usability tests, we developed it in collaboration with the developer.
